YOUJOY Account User Agreement
Shanghai Youjiu Health Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Youjiu Health"reminds you to read this Privacy Policy and Service Agreement (hereafter referred to as "the Agreement") carefully before registering as an individual user to make sure that you could fully understand all articles herein. Your registration, login and usage of the instrument shall be deemed as the agreement articles accepted, this agreement can be updated by Youjiu Health, and this agreement can replace the previous one after being confirmed by the individual user.
Account registration （1）When individual users register, with their permission, we collect information such as their profile picture, nickname, phone number, and email address. （2）The registration of a Youjiu Health individual user account does not involve the user's ID card information. Individual user accounts can be used in the YOUJOY APP. （3）The individual user shall truthfully fill in his or her gender, age, height, and other information so as to facilitate the operator to conduct a more scientific and reasonable management and analysis of human body composition and degree of data of the user.
Privacy protection If you want to learn more about Youjiu Health's detailed user privacy policy, please read the 《Youjiu Health User Privacy Policy》 carefully. （1）After users register for a YOUJOY account, Youjiu Health is entitled to analyze the user database and use it for commercial purposes without disclosing individual users' private information. This includes, but is not limited to, using data security techniques such as de-identification, anonymization, and pseudonymization to process population data, ensuring that user privacy is not compromised or infringed upon. （2）Youjiu Health reserves the right to pursue violators related legal responsibility in case that the personal privacy information has been disclosed by hacker attack, computer and mobile phone penetration virus, and other force majeure events. （3）Individual user shall take the initiative to protect his or her privacy from disclosure. Individual user shall voluntarily undertake the responsibility provided that hacking, password theft, and privacy disclosure of the user caused by his or her own improper safekeeping. （4）Individual user shall take the initiative to protect other users' privacy from disclosure. Individual user shall voluntarily undertake the responsibility provided that hacking, password theft, and privacy disclosure of other user caused by his or her own improper safekeeping. （5）If the individual user formally asks the Youjiu Health to delete his or her relevant test information, Youjiu Health shall take the initiative to delete the test information of the individual user. （6）In case that other users formally ask the Youjiu Health to delete the test information related to themselves, Youjiu Health has the right to delete other users' relevant test information and send a notification to the individual user related to the test information. Furthermore, the individual user shall timely delete other users' relevant test information.
Account management （1）The account use right shall not be presented, borrowed, rented, transferred, or sold to others after the individual user registers the account. （2）Individual user can change and delete the account profile, registration information, notifications, etc.
Data storage （1）Youjiu Health allocates the individual user the server with maximum storage space and the longest storage period as per the actual situation of the individual user. Youjiu Health shall not undertake the responsibility for the data deleted by individual user him(her)self. （2）Youjiu Health is entitled to permanently delete individual user's data, provided that individual user stops using Youjiu Heath Health Intelligent Fitness Cervix Instrument and the related services.
Intellectual property right YOUJOY APP (including but not limited to self-produced trademark, web pages, texts, images, audio, video, etc.) is owned by Youjiu Health.
Risk undertaking Individual user must undertake responsibility for everything occurred in the registered account or under his or her login on third party account, including any content sent and any consequences occurred therein. Youjiu Health unilaterally reserves the right to change, suspend, terminate, or cancel the whole or partial content related to Youjiu Health Intelligent Fitness Cervix Instrument and services, individual user shall undertake such risk. Individual user shall strength the awareness of information security and password protection to avoid the harassment and loss influenced by such elements similar to most Internet services, including but not limited to user reasons, the network quality of service, computer and mobile phone virus, hacker attacks, unstable system, obstructed communication, etc.
