Account Cancellation Process:

1. Select Personal Center — Settings icon at the top right corner — Account Cancellation.
2. After submitting the account cancellation request, the account will be frozen. It will be cancelled after 14 working days.
3. During the freeze period, you can log in to the account to cancel the cancellation request.
4. After successful cancellation, you can re-register for an account.
